Our new schedule starts Monday August 24th and we couldn’t be more excited to share some new stuff with you! Additions include a morning and a pm spin class, an evening barbell complex class, a circuit class and a fab new instructor for our power yoga class plus lots more! Be sure to check the schedule carefully and note where there have been time and date changes as well.
Our schedule is always evolving to create a perfect group fitness and yoga routine for you, so please be sure to give me your feedback and ideas ~ we will be adding MORE classes in a few weeks from now, more spin, more trx, more kettlebell, more yoga and more bootcamps!!! This fall is going to be pretty awesome, lots to look forward to at Iron Heart! 🙂
Just a reminder too that we have childminding available Monday through Friday from 9-1 and our childminding staff are so great, your kids will really enjoy their time here. As a mama of two little guys, I know how childcare can make or break it for your workout plans. Bring in your little one and check out our renovated space, it’s bright and full of lots of really good toys and things to do, I know your kids will love it 🙂
