Hey guys!!

We’re getting pretty excited about our very most fav time of year, FALL!!
We’ve got some fantastic new additions to the schedule to share with you!

Starting the week of Sept 11th, 5:30 pm Spin will be back Monday & Wednesday evenings with Tara & Kate!






We’ve also added THREE more Strength HIIT classes because we’ve maxed out this incredibly popular class!!! Have YOU tried it yet??? GET IN HERE! 7:45 or 9 am to choose from, they will be the same class back to back!

By member request on Thursday evenings at 5:30pm we’ve added another TRX & Bodyweight HIIT class! This class is a gym fav so come try it too and see why everybody loves it!


And then!!! We’re totally stoked to offer up something totally new, a Yoga Potpourri class on Thursday evening’s! Every week will be a different instructor sharing a different style of Yoga or Mobility class! This is going to be an awesome chance to try out all sorts of different varieties and get all bendy and stuff! ZERO flexibility or experience required, except for a flexible, open mind that is…. 🙂



And finally, ohhhhh yes, Genny’s exclusive small group training Glutecamp is back and on TWO days now, Monday’s & Friday’s at 10 am! Please contact her directly to register, space is limited so act fast 🙂 250-308-6007

Member price $49/4 & $89/8 sessions

Non-member $59/4 sessions OR $89/8 or $109/8 sessions

ALLLLLL other classes on the schedule are FREE with a regular membership so yes ALL of the yoga, all the strength HIIT, all the bootcamp style circuit classes, all the boxing, all the TRX, all the everything is right here for you with ALL the luxuries of a full service gym TOO!  Showers, lockers, childminding, smoothies & snacks and oh yeah, an 11 000 square foot fully loaded kickass gym full of friendly awesome people!  Just all that!  😉  Get in here!!!
