On Thursday evenings at 7:30 PM join Caitlin for a peaceful and easygoing Yoga Refresh class!
Need a good stretch and to calm your busy mind? Here it is! Come join us to take 60 minutes to yourself at the end of the day to stretch and lengthen the deep muscles of the body. This class is designed to help you slow down and relax the mind and body with deep breathing and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for a good sleep. Perfect for all levels and especially those new to Yoga! Zero flexibility or experience required!
This class is free for members and non members are more than welcome to drop in anytime, it’s only $11 for a drop in or you can get a 10 visit punch pass for $80 🙂
